I have a a large open living room/playroom which leads straight to the garden where children can always be see through the sliding doors, the garden provides plenty of natural light and also shade during the summer months. Close to local bus stops and a short walk from the train station, also close to the A13 (approx. 5 min drive) close to local shops and parks.
