About our tiney childminder
Inclusive, holistic childcare in tune with the seasons. At Nurture we focus on the wellbeing and development of our little ones through song, story, exploring outdoors and practical life activities. Taking inspiration from the Waldorf, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Te Whāriki and Forest school approaches, our days have a loose rhythm to give our children a sense of consistency, but are flexible to allow for our children’s individual needs and interests.

Yoga
Lauren trained as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India in 2017.
Multiple Languages
Lauren speaks French and we use Makaton (a sign language) throughout the day at Nurture to encourage communication from even the smallest of children.
Teaching Background
Lauren is a qualified teacher and has taught in a range of settings. Most recently she managed an Early Years department with a Family Centre in an Outstanding London school. She is passionate about building community and offering support for families from conception.
