I am a qualified primary school teacher, with international teaching experience both in the Middle East and Thailand. I have worked in nurseries as a pre school teacher and deputy manager for a number of years. Most importantly, I am a mummy to a beautiful little girl and daschund.
We value fun, freedom, forest play, friendship and being family run.
We are thrilled to be an accredited 'Hygge' (hue-gah) setting. But what does that mean? Hygge is a Danish way of life which describes a cosy, gentle pace surrounded by moments of stillness and nature. Think about one of your own memories of being wrapped up in a blanket, warm and cosy indoors, sipping away at something warm whilst listening to the wild weather outdoors. The feeling of stillness and safety, this is 'Hygge'. Our educational setting allows Tiney Foxes to live in the moment and embrace life's simple pleasures. We offer organic child-led and nature-based learning to support children's wellbeing and development. Enjoying long walks and life simple pleasures the rain, the mud, our Cheshire wildlife and flowers. Children are nurtured to feel safe and cosy in an accredited Hygge Environment.
