My Tiney home offers school holiday care to children in Year 1 and above. I keep my numbers small to be able to tailor my care towards your child and their interests. My own children love to join our activities and help new children settle happily into our home. I have a dedicated playroom and a secure garden, providing a fun, safe and stimulating environment for your child to learn, grow and make new friends

Hi! I'm Hollie, I'm a qualified teaching assistant with a science degree and a mum to two wonderful children aged 5 and 8. My home is a warm, inclusive, fun learning environment where we explore the world around us through play and curiosity. We enjoy arts and crafts, baking, games, role playing and dressing up, stories, science experiments and lots of construction fun. We also love getting out to explore nearby forests, discovering local wildlife and learning about the world around us.
Following the forest school ethos, we love to explore our capabilities and build resilience in the local woodland. From scavenger hunts to mud kitchens, we love collecting sticks, balancing along logs, making flower crowns and climbing trees. We forage natural resources to use with our learning and crafts whilst learning to care for and protect the natural world.
We have a daily focus on mindfulness as teaching children to take care of their mental well-being helps with self-regulation, builds confidence, and strengthens their resilience. From yoga and quiet reflection time to open discussions about our emotions and role play with the toys, we explore many different ways to start open conversations and build strong relationships.
We enjoy days out to local farms, parks, zoos, libraries, cinema and theatre trips, soft play areas and local events in town.
