Based in a quiet area of Stanford-Le-Hope; my tiney home will give you and your child a home from home experience. I have a a large open living room/playroom which leads straight to the garden where children can always be see through the sliding doors, the garden provides plenty of natural light and also shade during the summer months.
Close to local bus stops and a short walk from the train station, also close to the A13 (approx. 5 min drive) close to local shops and parks.
My tiney home is inclusive for all children and their families and I do my best to make everyone feel welcome in my setting.
I am an ex-teacher with several years experience working with young children. I have 3 of my own 7 years and under. I have had first hand experience of SEN and believe I have a good understanding of children’s needs whether SEN or otherwise.
I believe in a playful approach to learning which is centred around the child and their interests & needs. Learning should be fun!
I am a fully qualified Ex-Early Years and Primary School teacher, with a main focus on EYFS and KS1.
As part of my teacher training I studied an additional course at a SEN school to deeper my understanding and knowledge of SEND in many forms from children with ASD and Down syndrome to those with physical, visual and audio impairments. My own son is Autistic and this has helped my knowledge and understanding even further in this area.

Stanford-le-hope train station is a 20 min walk away.
I live between Stanford-Le-Hope and Corringham town centres and can walk or drive to both easily but Stanford-Le-Hope is a shorter walk.
There are a few local parks within walking distance, and some parks and woods a short drive away. All of which I plan to visit weekly with the children weather dependant of course however a bit of rain won't stop us splashing in muddy puddles.
Other local attractions are the libraries, shops, playgrounds, and slightly further afield are places such as Wat Tyler, Essex Wildlife trust, Langdon Hills country park, One Tree Hill, Tilbury fort, Coal house Fort, Canvey Island and many more.
On Wednesday's we will visit a local playgroup so the children can meet others and enjoy spending time in a different environment.

I would highly recommend Hannah as she is an incredible Mum and childminder, I feel completely at ease leaving my child there and wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after her. Hannah is super fun, loving and engaging with my daughter who feels settled and comfortable when cared for by Hannah. She always leaves Hannah’s with a smile on her face and wants to go back to see her and her children. There are always fun and educational activities and plenty of toys for children to play with. Hannah keeps me up to date with events of the day and I can see how happy my little one is when there. As a mum you just want the best for your child, for them to feel loved, safe and happy and this is exactly how my daughter feels when with Hannah, it’s a home away from home.

I would 100% recommend Hannah, she has looked after my daughter many time and my daughter loves spending time with her, so much so, she never wants to come home and cannot wait to go back. Hannah has the same ideologies as I do, promoting independence, creating fun in a educationally rich environment and every time my little one comes home she has learnt something new. As a mum all I want is for my little one to be understood and safe and I feel Hannah always achieves this. Her knowledge is amazing when discussing what we need to do next for my daughter in her development and Hannah’s gives me ways to help her grow and challenge herself, shave gives me pointers to help my daughter be the best that she can be. I don’t feel there is anyone better!
