About this home

My name is Angela, often known as Mrs Knowles. I am a qualified nursery nurse with over 20 years childcare experience working with children of all ages. I am married with two children who are 11 and 13 years old. My Tiney Home nursery offers affordable childcare, flexible hours and sibling discount. I offer full days Monday - Wednesday and afternoons on Thursdays and Fridays and occasional weekends. I offer before and after school care for children who attend Glory Farm School and nursery.

About our tiney childminder

I welcome all families into my setting. I provide a fun, educational environment for children of all ages. Activities are provided both indoors and outdoors and I take children on regular visits to the local parks. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided at no extra cost but parents are welcome to bring their own food for their child if this is preferred.

I use the montessori method of learning within my setting where children have freedom to explore and choose activities of their choice. I provide activities based on childrens interests. I am always open to new ideas and value both parents and children's suggestions.

Location

5 minutes walk from the local bus stops and 20 minutes walk from Bicester North train station and half an hour walk from Bicester Village train station.

In this neighbourhood

There are a number of local parks within walking distance from my setting ranging from a 5 minute walk to a half an hour walk. The town centre is a 20 minute walk where there is a library and a small soft play area. There is another soft play area within the garden centre over the other side of the town but this one would be better to drive to rather than walk. Not far from the town centre there is a trampoline park and clip and climb. There is a sports centre which is about a half an hour walk where activities can be booked such as badminton and football. Within the sports centre there are two swimming pools, a learner pool for children under the age of 8 and a main 25 meter pool.
