My setting is a 10 minute walk from Lower Sydenham and Beckenham Hill Stations. You can leave your car at my home and walk to the station if you commute to work by train. Local soft plays, playgroups, music, sensory, arts&crafts classes as well as local parks and playgrounds. Local activities are either walking distance or a bus ride away. I drive so we can go a bit further out to explore London!
